Help People Find Your Services Through PA 211
If your organization provides services or resources to people in Pennsylvania, you can help make sure the people who need those services can find you.
PA 211 is a free information and referral service that helps people connect with local resources and services. PA 211 maintains a database of organizations and programs across Pennsylvania so that people can find help based on their needs and location.
For people looking for digital equity resources, being findable is especially important. Resources that can help people get connected, access devices, build digital skills, or get technology support can be difficult to find. Adding your organization to PA 211—and keeping your information up to date—helps make sure people can find the resources that are available in their community.
That is why it is important to add your organization to PA 211 and keep your information up to date. Accurate information helps people find the right services and makes it easier for community members, service providers, and others to connect with your organization.
PA 211 wants its database to be as complete, accurate, and helpful as possible. If your organization is already listed, you can review your information and request updates. If your organization is not listed, you can ask to have it added.
